Our ISA Certified Arborists are also ISA Certified Tree Risk Assessors (ISA TRAQ) whom can provide you with written documentation outlining their recommendations and steps to take for your concerns.

There are three levels of tree risk assessment ranging from a visual assessment from a distance to resistance drilling and tissue testing.

Level 1: Limited Visual Tree Risk Assessment
Tree(s) inspected from the ground with limited visibility typically from a distance ie. viewed from car, via pictures provided etc.

Level 2: Basic Tree Risk Assessment
Tree(s) are visually inspected up close, looking at the tree’s roots, trunk and crown to detect structural defects.

Level 3: Advanced Tree Risk Assessment
Tree(s) are physically inspected including but not limited to tissue testing, flying-drone use and resistance drilling.
